With the constant changes to Solar laws and regulations, this page is designed to serve as a summary for current incentives, rates, and cost effective recommendations

Receive a $4050 Rebate per Tesla Powerwall 3.. Install a battery alongside your solar and receive massive incentives. Bonus incentives if you are enrolled in CARE discount, or if you add a battery to an older Solar installation. These rebates are available for all common battery brands and are based on total storage capacity. You are eligible for them if it is a PPA or loan
Receive a $2000 Rebate for installing a level 2 EV Charger on your home. If you have ever considered purchasing an electric vehicle in the future, now is the time to do add an EV Charger. The rebate for the charger is through 3CE, and it covers 100% of the cost to purchase and install an EV Charger.

With interest rates going down this year, we onboarded a half dozen Credit Unions to ensure we are constantly offering the lowest interest available. We shop the Credit Unions, and offer terms from 2 year to 25 years to ensure you are getting your perfect fit.
PPAs have become very popular since 2023. This is in part due to rising interest rates. PPAs offer a $0 out of pocket solar installation where the bank must maintain the system for the duration of the PPA. This is a great option for people who are worried about debt-to-income, or people who pay little to no income tax. All PPA options that we offer are fully transferable when selling your home.
As part of the Inflation Reduction Act, all Solar Installations from 2022-2032 are eligible for a 30% Federal Tax Credit. This Tax Credit works by directly lowering the amount of Federal taxes that you pay until you receive your full amount. Since this is money that would have been spent anyways, this is as effective as cash back in your bank account.
However, you must own your panels in order to claim this credit. If you choose to do a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement a.k.a. Lease) then you will not be able to claim this massive tax incentive.
If you do not pay enough tax in one year to claim the full credit you can either claim the credit over a period of 5 years or sell your tax credit (for $1,000,000+ systems) to an investment firm for 85% value

The 10% Tax Credit for American Made goods has been in place for multiple years, but it has not been utilized until 2025. Currently buying American made products, once factoring in the tax credit, is cheaper than buying foreign products.
Currently, we are offering all American-made products as our default option on all commercial installations. For financed projects, foreign parts are still being utilized as our default option with American-made options available for a small charge. The net cost with the tax credit with financing is still cheaper when you buy American.
